Running webinars and events on Zoom is commonplace for many organizations, but it can leave a lot to be desired when it comes to planning and producing an engaging experience.
As the team at Mindful prepared for their upcoming product launch, they realized the effort required to create a show attendees would be excited to watch would be challenging with Zoom.
They needed a tool that provided not only an excellent experience for their audience, but one that would empower their internal team to fully plan the show in advance.
Mindful turned to Brandlive and immediately hit the ground running in Greenroom! Their team quickly built out a run of show that featured a mix of live and prerecorded content to launch their new product offerings.
For their Q&A segment featuring a panel of 8 speakers, the Mindful team opted to build several shots – one for all of the speakers to appear together and one for each speaker alone – to enable them to alternate layouts during the live show. And the result was perfect.
Bringing individual presenters full screen allowed the audience to focus on their message while bringing visual interest and variety to the show.
