This week, we’re launching the new version of the Brandlive Platform, making it even easier to access and organize all your projects, across your company.
Increasingly, teams of every size use Brandlive to create & host all their video needs – think weekly webinars, allhands meetings, big events, product launches, customer conferences, investor days, or on-demand content hubs.
To reflect these evolving use cases, we’ve redesigned the platform around the concept of a Project instead of an Event, to better support use cases that customers might not consider an event.
New Navigation
We’ve simplified navigation with Channel search for companies with multiple channels. Left to right on the new navigation, we’ve renamed the Audience tab to include email, passcode lists, and paid tickets. We’ve consolidated the Content tab to give teams easy ways to manage products, resources, and video content. Finally, we’ve added a new Settings tab to manage admins, integrations, and user roles.
Notifications and Alerts
Get the latest updates from Brandlive in the notification center. Looking ahead, you’ll see all activity in each project itemized in the notification center – who edited what and when.
Say hello to Projects
Our new Projects tab includes new card styles, thumbnail images, use case categories, and project descriptions. Coupled with improved search, filters and sorting tools, these shifts will help teams easily find and identify projects as their channels become home to more and more projects over time. Additionally, we’ve made it much easier to tag projects into a Group, and to organize by team, department, or sub-brand.

This is the beginning of many changes we’re rolling out over the next few months to continue to help customers create amazing webinars, events, and meetings that stand out and bring the magic of television to work.
