Moderation Panel

We’ve added session level chat interactivity directly in the moderation panel . Simply register on the published event site and then send chats to the session page! Moderators can also:

• Interact with Fireside sessions’ on-stage chat directly from the moderation panel
• Optionally set their name and profile information to display on screen for a more personal touch

Additionally, please note we’ve removed the option to reset the moderation panel layout.

Breakout Room End Times

• Breakout rooms will now close 90 mins after the scheduled end time listed in the Admin Console

Groups Improvements

• Create groups without needing to assign a member to the group
• Optionally add an event to a group at the point of creation
• Groups are now carried over to duplicated events

Greenroom

Features & Improvements

Important note: We will be adding support for Edge and deprecating Firefox support over the coming weeks. We recommend using Chrome as your Greenroom browser.

• Users can now upload files containing underscores and apostrophes in the file name
• Resolved issue with dragging & dropping longer recordings into shots
• Resolved issue with chat notifications not appearing
