Recognition of our employees is a big deal at Brandlive. Each year at our annual company kick-off, we celebrate individuals’ outstanding performance from across the company that reflects our four values (our TACOs). Award winners receive a significant cash spot bonus and a trophy to boot.

Big or small, canine to feline, we love pets at Brandlive! Matter of fact, we have an entire Slack channel dedicated to our furry family members and the cute things they do. Since early 2020, our pets have become part of the team and they even show up on our video calls!

One thing I value so much here is the freedom to be ourselves; I don't feel pressure to dress or look a certain way and can't imagine anyone batting an eye at an added piercing or three.
